Team Coaching & Facilitation

For organisations to meet their goals, even the right people sometimes need help to make sure they are all pulling in the same direction, and that any obstacles are cleared from their path.

people in a meeting You may be doing just fine, but have a sense that your team is still not achieving what it could, or you might be aware of some issues that are getting in the way of their performance. We will help the team to see clearly for themselves the real issues and their root cause. We will help you to identify a practical way forward to overcome these challenges, and so set a course for improved performance.

The main steps for working through such issues with you are:

Fact Finding
As a starting point, we take time to find out what is going on. We talk to the individuals concerned, and others whose views may be useful. We also make our own observations about how things are working.

Analysis
We examine what we have learned from our fact find and make sense of it in the light of what we know it takes for a team to succeed.

Action Planning
We will then help you to decide on a course of action. We will be candid and clear in making our recommendations. However, you are the experts on your organisation and know what will work, and at what pace - our role is to give you the fullest possible advice on the choices you have and the implications of each.

Execution
We will provide you with whatever support you want to put the plan into action. This usually involves a combination of facilitation and expert input.
