After an appointment decision has been made, or an internal talent assessment made, as well as supporting you to establish the right conditions for the individuals' success we are in a unique position to take forward any development or action recommendations with the individuals concerned.

We use our insights from the assessments, and our knowledge of the organisation, to guide them, by means of one-to-one coaching sessions, in what they need to do right from the start in order to be successful.
