We now assess each of your candidates against the detailed role blueprint. The cornerstone of our assessment approach is a rigorous two to three hour interview which explores how the candidate has delivered recent successes and dealt with recent challenges.

We capture the behaviour patterns a candidate actually employs at work rather than what they like to believe that they do or would do. We uncover what drives the individual at work; how they think; how they relate to others; and how resilient they are. Factoring in the depth and breadth of their previous experience, we match this picture to what we know is going to be required in the role to be successful.

This interview can be dovetailed into your own selection process. It can also be supplemented with selected psychometrics if required.
